At idefgs, we pride ourselves on our product quality and are committed to your satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
Original tags must be attached.
Items must be in their original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (original receipt or gift receipt) is required.

Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return

Indicate the items you would like to return and the reason for the return.
Wait for official return instructions from our team.

2. Prepare Your Return

Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
Ensure items are free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.
Include all original accessories and documentation.

3. Ship Your Return

Send the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Keep your proof of postage and tracking number for reference.

Refund Process

Most returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive them.
Refunds are typically issued within 14-21 business days of receiving your return.
The refunded amount will include the cost of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless under extenuating circumstances.
Refunds for purchases with original receipts will be issued to the original form of payment.
The timing of the refund's appearance on your statement depends on your financial institution.
Returns with gift receipts will receive a Merchandise Credit for the amount stated on the receipt.
A $10 return fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Return Shipping Cost

Customer Responsibility: For returns due to personal preference, size mismatches, or incorrect purchases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The specific fee will depend on the express carrier you choose.
Brand Responsibility: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, idefgs will cover the return shipping fee, and you will not be required to bear any shipping expenses. Please email clear photos of the issue to our Customer Service team at contact@idefgs.com before initiating the return.

Special Circumstances & Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We are not liable for returned packages that are lost or stolen in transit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. You are welcome to return your unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for your desired size or color.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, altered, laundered, or damaged after receipt.
Items returned without original packaging or tags.
Items received after the 30-day return window.

Reserved Rights

idefgs reserves the right to limit or refuse returns from customers with:

An excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing" (buying items to wear temporarily and return).
A history of returning worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or incomplete items.
Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above, and to discard any non-idefgs items sent to our Distribution Center.
